Each vehicle offered by My-AUTO GLOBALNY undergoes a strict professional inspection:

  • Inspection on at least 100 control points

  • Mechanical, bodywork, and aesthetic preparation by certified professionals

  • Valid technical inspection

  • Vehicle registration document, non-pledge certificate, service booklet, and maintenance invoices provided

Before delivery:

  • A first inspection is carried out when the vehicle leaves our logistics park

  • A second inspection is conducted with the customer upon final delivery

This ensures the vehicle is fully compliant with your order.

Yes. All vehicles are sold with a purchase warranty ranging from 6 to 60 months, depending on the vehicle.

The warranty includes:

  • 24/7 roadside assistance

  • Replacement vehicle accepted

  • Economic maintenance plan every 20,000 km

  • “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee

Upon delivery, a partner garage near your location will be assigned to handle warranty services at our expense.

After order confirmation and payment of the deposit, delivery takes place within 5 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery is carried out by experienced professional vehicle transporters.

Yes. In accordance with distance-selling consumer regulations:

  • You have 15 days after delivery to test, inspect, and either accept or reject the vehicle

  • If the vehicle does not meet your expectations, it may be returned, exchanged, or fully refunded without additional procedures

You have two payment options:

Monthly payment plan

  • Vehicles under €3,000:
    → 30% deposit + 70% paid in installments

  • Vehicles over €3,000:
    → 25% deposit + 75% paid in installments

  • Repayment period: 12 to 60 months

Full payment (cash purchase)

  • 20% deposit + delivery fees at order

  • Remaining 80% payable upon vehicle delivery

Note: For vehicles priced at €10,000 or more, a 15% deposit is required for full payment before delivery.

To prepare documents in your name, the following information is required:

  • Full name

  • Valid ID document

  • Delivery address

  • Email address

  • WhatsApp contact number

  • Proof of income (pay slip, RSA certificate, or business registration for self-employed clients)

Our sales policy is accessible to retirees and customers with banking restrictions.

After order validation, a tracking number is provided, allowing you to follow the route of your vehicle until final delivery.

Vehicles are delivered to the agreed address or port.

Our delivery services include:

  • Secure road transport

  • Secure sea transport (Ro-Ro or container)

  • Assistance with local customs formalities

  • Delivery strictly compliant with the validated vehicle description

  • Customer support until key handover

The customer or an authorized representative must be present at delivery to perform the mandatory vehicle inspection.

Any defect must be reported before the warranty period expires.
Depending on the situation, the vehicle will be:

  • Repaired

  • Restored

  • Or replaced

All corrective actions are carried out at our expense.

No. In accordance with our sales policy, vehicle transport without a purchase commitment is not possible.

However, detailed vehicle information and a 15-day satisfied or refunded guarantee are provided to help you make your decision with confidence.
